Specialty Desserts

Chocolate Mousse Cake
Chocolate sponge cake, topped with chocolate mousse, iced with a rich chocolate ganache. Small serves 4 to 6; Large serves 8 to 10.

Rich white sponge cake soaked with Kahlua, filled and iced with marscapone creme and dusted with cocoa. Small serves 3 to 4; large serves 8 to 10.

Mango Mouse Cake
Delicate white sponge cake, filled with mango mousse, topped with delicious mango fruit puree. Small serves 3 to 4; Large Serves 8 to 10.

Strawberry Delight
White chiffon cake filled with fresh strawberries, custard and whipped cream. Serves 8 to 10.

Pink Champagne Cake
White chiffon cake filled with champagne custard and whipped cream, generously sprinkled with pink chocolate shavings. Serves 8 to 10.

Princess Cake
Delicate white sponge cake, filled with raspberry, custard and whipped cream, iced with green marzipan fondant. Small serves 6 to 8; Large Serves 8 to 10. (We also feature Princess Cupcakes, a very special treat!)
